QC Manager Personal CareWe are looking for a Quality Control Manager to join our Plant in Home & Personal Care & Beauty Business Unit, based in Calenzano, near Florence, Italy.How you make the differenceThe candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing operational quality improvement plans consistent with the company's priorities, ensuring that the Company's quality system is designed and functions correctly.How your agenda looks like:You will manage the Quality Control operators team and verify the acceptance and control activity on raw materials, bulk, finished product carried out by your team and by the line operators.You will be responsible for all quality control KPIs and for the development and improvement of analytical methods, calibration and proper use of existing tools and systems.You will ensure the consistency of product quality through the design and implementation of quality controls from the production cycle up to the warehouse, analysing any customer and consumer complaints and managing all non-conformities with our suppliers. You will also be leading the quality continuous improvement projects in the Plant to enhance our quality culture.You will be the main facilitator for all quality topics, collaborating with all the other departments: Plant, R&D, Purchasing and Supply Chain. You will be responsible for reviewing and updating all our ISO 9001 procedures and will be a key player in the annual certification audits and in the continuous improvement of the Plant Quality System.Your team:You will report directly to our Plant Manager.
