Adecco LifeScience, a specialized division of The Adecco Group, is looking for a specialized company specializing in the production of medical devices, a:Quality Control Manager - medical devices business unitPosition duties and responsibilities:Coordinating and providing guidance to quality control technicians; Understanding customer and stakeholder requirements to develop effectual quality control processes; Overseeing product development procedures (from a quality control point of view) to identify any deviations from quality standards; Coordinating the inspections final output, comparing it to the requirements, and approving or rejecting the final products; Conducting quality audits to ensure that the quality policies are being adhered to, keeping accurate documentation and performing statistical analysis; Devising ways to improve the manufacturing process to ensure higher-quality goods; Gaining feedback from the clients, attending meetings, submitting reports, and assisting external auditors and inspectors; Training quality assurance personnel for building a strong working team.Job profile Education Requirements:Proven 5 years of experience as a quality manager; A results-driven approach and a keen eye for detail; Excellent organizational and leadership skills; In-depth knowledge of relevant legal standards and quality control procedures; Good technical and IT skills; Demonstrated knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods; ISO 9001 and ISO13845 knowledge is considered a plus.La presente è rivolta ai candidati ambosessi ai sensi della L. 903/1977.
