Adecco LifeScience, a specialized division of The Adecco Group, is searching for a company specialized in the production of medical devices, aQuality Control Manager - Medical Devices Business UnitPosition Duties and Responsibilities:Coordinating and providing guidance to quality control technicians;Understanding customer and stakeholder requirements to develop effective quality control processes;Overseeing product development procedures (from a quality control point of view) to identify any deviations from quality standards;Coordinating the inspections final output, comparing it to the requirements, and approving or rejecting the final products;Conducting quality audits to ensure that the quality policies are being adhered to, keeping accurate documentation and performing statistical analysis;Devising ways to improve the manufacturing process to ensure higher quality goods;Gaining feedback from the clients, attending meetings, submitting reports, and assisting external auditors and inspectors;Training quality assurance personnel for building a strong working team.Job Profile - Education Requirements:Proven 5 years of experience as a quality manager;A results-driven approach and a keen eye for detail;Excellent organizational and leadership skills;In-depth knowledge of relevant legal standards and quality control procedures;Good technical and IT skills;Demonstrated knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods;ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 knowledge is considered a plus.Place: SondrioThis position is open to both genders in accordance with L. 903/1977.
