Adecco LifeScience, a specialized division of The Adecco Group, is looking for a Quality Control Manager for the medical devices business unit.Position Duties and Responsibilities:Coordinating and providing guidance to quality control technicians.Understanding customer and stakeholder requirements to develop effective quality control processes.Overseeing product development procedures (from a quality control point of view) to identify any deviations from quality standards.Coordinating the inspections of final output, comparing it to the requirements, and approving or rejecting the final products.Conducting quality audits to ensure adherence to quality policies, keeping accurate documentation, and performing statistical analysis.Devising ways to improve the manufacturing process to ensure higher quality goods.Gaining feedback from clients, attending meetings, submitting reports, and assisting external auditors and inspectors.Training quality assurance personnel to build a strong working team.Job Profile Education Requirements:Proven 5 years of experience as a quality manager.A results-driven approach and a keen eye for detail.Excellent organizational and leadership skills.In-depth knowledge of relevant legal standards and quality control procedures.Good technical and IT skills.Demonstrated knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods.ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 knowledge is considered a plus.Location: SondrioThis job opportunity is open to both genders as per L. 903/1977.
