Purpose of Position: Support colleagues in quality control activities, by supporting the quality manager and the team. The aim is to ensure that raw materials, processes and finished products reach and meet the established standards.
In the role, the candidate will reach more and more autonomy in the assigned tasks, as he/she will be supervised by a senior colleague in order to progressively complete more complex tasks: Conduct analysis and tests Monitor business processes to verify protocol application and compliance with predefined procedures Coordinating and supervising the analysis of raw materials, products and processes Working together to produce data sheets Preparation of audit from clients Requisitions: Education: Degree in Food Science and Technology or Biotechnologies Professional Skills: Knowledge of food technology & the main analysis tools Experiences: Not required Language Skills: Italian & English proficiency Computer Skills: MS Office Behavioural requirements: Excellent analytical skills.
