In order to strengthen our Powder District, we are looking for a Bulk Quality Control Coordinator.
Reporting directly to the Quality Control Manager, you will manage bulk product quality control activities, planning inspection and testing priorities, managing the release of bulk that meets specifications to the next stages of baked production.
You will also be involved in subcontractors' quality control and customer meetings.
Main Tasks: Verify the compliance of the bulk batches with the approved specifications and execute the bulk release for filling operations (or sale).Responsible for the execution of the determined tests on bulk products and issue relevant Bulk CoA (in person or through a delegate).Develop procedures to assure complete bulk and semifinished testing; all tests included in the related specifications should be carried out prior to release to further operations or sale.Verify that all in-process controls, validation activities, including microbiological and environmental monitoring, are carried out.Conduct all QC staff training sessions according to the pre-determined training matrix.Check and maintain the department, premises, and equipment efficiently, verifying their maintenance and calibration status.Maintain reference samples of materials and products and retain samples of products.Manage and supervise operators performing analytical controls and organize personnel based on production needs.Ensure compliance with safety and good manufacturing standards.Qualifications: Familiar with Cosmetic Raw Materials.Knowledge of chemistry with a focus on cosmetic powder products.Knowledge of the basic principles of manufacturing processes.Knowledge of the main analytical techniques for the quality control of cosmetic products.Familiar with ERP systems.Knowledge of good manufacturing practices (ISO22716).Good knowledge of English.In accordance with d.lgs 198 / 2006, we respect diversity and inclusion in applications.
