The Module Lab Team is looking for a Quality Control (Regular contract, full time) in our Monza site.

What about the job
- Perform measurements and controls on finished products and/or components
- Handle inspection activities and non-conformity reporting to suppliers
- Handle periodical controls on standard and on special executions
- Support to guarantee customer requirements completely fulfilled
- Handle quality aspects directly related to manufacturing processes/products
- Handle quality related non-conformity/observations/comments
- Support on continuous improvement projects/activities in Quality area, in alignment with Alfa Laval Quality Strategy/ projects to lean logistic and the manufacturing processes
- Participate in projects/activities to launch new products/modify existing ones
- Support on claims analysis and relative resolution processes
- Perform trouble shooting activities when necessary
- Support on Testing instructions development
- Travel time: 10-20% in suppliers / workshops / customers sites.
What you know
- Engineer or other technical education
- Knowledge in skid-based packages (pumps, heat exchangers, piping, valves, instruments, automations)
- Knowledge and experience in testing and quality controls
- Orientation for continuous improvement: flows and products
- Good spoken and written English
- Experience in testing and validation will be a plus
- Experience in trouble shooting will be a plus
- Knowledge and use of Microsoft ® Windows environments and Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
