Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here's how the Quality Assurance Support role will make an impact: Key responsibilities for this role include: Open market complaints, supporting QA officer in Product Quality Complaints activities Manage info request with QA impact Support QA Officer to manage APQR/PQR of local and group products: requesting to the supplier, review, checking with the supplier for additional info if needed Support for ICHQ3D Risk Assessment Management Responsible for the Vendor List Maintenance Manage the suppliers' Qualification process via local audit questionnaire Contribute to QA Training Management The minimum qualifications for this role are: Knowledge of GMP, GDP, national pharmaceutical legislations (Decreto Legislativo n.219/2006) Problem solving and team working Ability to solve problems with a variety of concrete variables through semi-standardized solutions that require some ingenuity and analysis Ability to draw inferences and follow prescribed and detailed procedures to solve moderately complex problems Good knowledge of English and Italian language, both written and spoken.
