Quality Assurance Specialist - Maternity Leave Replacement

Synergie Italia, a leading employment agency in Sesto San Giovanni, is looking to fill a position for our client in the Pharma sector: QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST - MATERNITY LEAVE REPLACEMENT Will be included in the Quality Team to ensure the compliance with all implemented and certified standards (ISO 9001 and feed safety standards).
He/She will collaborate with numerous functions, in addition to her/his local and international managers, to achieve shared objectives: production, maintenance, purchasing, logistics, sales, human resources, regulatory, internal and external laboratories.
Key Responsibilities: • Checking and reviewing production documentation (batch records/ incoming certificates of analysis) • Creation of quality-related documents and records as well as maintenance of the system documentation.
• Contribute to the management of deviations and non-conforming results (including root cause analysis and definition of corrections, corrective and preventive actions).
• Support in the management of complaints and customers requests.
• Participation in quality audits and official inspections.
• Translate quality related customer expectations, regulatory requirements as well as global and regional standards into local processes and procedures.
Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Science disciplines (i.g.
Chemistry, Animal Production Science, Veterinary Science).
• Experience in the field of Quality Assurance and Quality Control in the production environment (1-2 years of experience).• Experience in dealing with common IT and quality tools (SAP, TrackWise) • Distinct Quality awareness.
•A curious approach to problem-solving, fueling innovation by seeking new solutions and perspectives • Very good knowledge of English.
• Very good communication skills and assertiveness.
What Can We Offer?
Contract Type: temporary contract - Maternity leave replacement Working Hours: Monday to Friday, full time.
Location: SEGRATE (MI).
