Vergiate hosts Avionics (AWS) domain.
The activity of AWS domain: front desk reparations for civil and military operators, support on the ground and in flight, technical support for A/C developers, operators and maintenance centers.
JOB OBJECTIVE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Quality Manager - HSE & Facility Mgt deputy will report directly to the Accountable Manager and Director of Vergiate Site.
She/he will have for main missions to:
- Ensure communication with relevant Aeronautical and Regulation Authorities particularly ENAC and DAAA
- Execute Internal Audits and support Audits by the relevant authorities to ensure surveillance/renewal / acquire of new required certification
- Maintain the Documentation system SMS
- Ensure Quality Assurance Role on Support Activities
- Manage the Non Conformity (Customers Claim, Incoming Material...) or gap to internal standards and manage Action plan
- Manage issuance and revocation of authorizations for certifying staff and declaration of competence for operative workforce (cartella técnica individuale)
- By delegation of the Accountable Manager be the Point of Contact of Thales IT HQ - HSE and Facility Mgt Dept
- Maintain the Risk Evaluation Document for Vergiate Site
- In coordination with Thales IT HQ - HSE and Facility Mgt.
Dept.
define and lead the action plan needed to insure Vergiate Site conformity to applicable regulations and Standards.
- ANS : Manage Information, Documents and material up to S Level
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications: Engineer or Technical degree
**Experience**:
10 years experience in Quality Management of Aeronautical activities EASA Part 145 is required
Good knowledge in Quality/Safety Management System for Aeronautic Service
Experience in acquirement and renewal of Part 145 aeronautical certification.
Other skills:
- Languages: Italian (Fluent - talking, reading & writing), English (Fluent - Talking, Reading, Writing), French (notions) is a plus
- Ability to communicate with Aeronautical and Governmental Authorities
- Team work & adaptability
- Skills in electronics & mechanics (optional)
- Computer skills: office suite
