You will also provide GMP oversight to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while balancing phase appropriateness in development projects.
In addition, you will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and a quality mindset throughout the organization.
This includes supporting the growth and development of team members, promoting collaboration across various functions, and driving initiatives to enhance processes and outcomes.Who you are:Master's Degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacy or equivalent10 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry with at least 3 years of experience in managerial rolesStrong knowledge of GMP regulations and quality management systemsProven leadership skills with the ability to develop and mentor team membersFluent in spoken and written English (second language as French or German as a plus)Previous experience in complex organisations and international networksExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesEligible to Qualified Person role as a plusWhat we offer: We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
