**Posizione:**:Within Quality&CX department, we are looking for Quality Intern.
**Main tasks and responsibilities**:
Offer Quality Focus:
- Analyze monthly field failure information and collaborate with the technical and business teams to identify areas for improvement in the design, manufacture, delivery, and installation of our charging solutions and services
- Initiate, assign, and manage problem investigations to understand the root cause of field quality problems and monitor their progress through the problem solving process.
- Perform technical analysis and create written reports upon customer request
- Create written reports to inform service and support teams of issue resolutions
- Support Customer Care team to quickly address customer issues and support in the escalation process for for customer issues resolution.
As necessary, engagement directly with the end customer may be required.
**Project Quality Focus**:
- Make the bridge between customer requirements, field issues, and technical teams to assure quality issues are properly understood and addressed.
(Prevent, not React)
- Provide customer requirements, quality goals, and historical lessons learned to the project team.
- Escalate important project issues potentially impacting the Customer Satisfaction.
Manage the product evolution process quality by ensuring that all opened actions from the project have been properly closed or mitigation plans are in place to support the transfer
**Requisiti:
- Master's degree in technical discipline is required
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control system troubleshooting techniques, quality systems Es.
operating systems, networking systems, methodologies and tools for solving system level issues.
- Manufacturing operations experience is a plus
- Must be self-motivated, have good interpersonal skills.
- Strongly interested in growing by testing himself/herself with increasingly complex projects;

- Very good communication skills;
