QUALITY ASSURANCE INTERN - ITALY PLANT
In Settimo Torinese, Italy, is active one of the main production centers of L'Oréal Group in the world. The plant's products are distributed in 30 countries. The production site is a full expression of the industrial, social and environmental values of the Group: quality, the result of innovation and control in production, safety of the working environments, mínimal impact on the environment. Between 2005 e il 2020 in terms of enviromental management, outstanding results have been reached. The site is in fact carbon neutral since 2015 and since 2018 is also a waterloop factory, that is a production site which consumes water solely as a raw material for products and not for other uses. In this way more than 40,000 m3 are reused and therefore saved every year, equal to over 80 swimming pool of 25 m.
For our site we are looking for an Quality Assurance Intern to join the Quality Hygiene team.
Key responsibilities:
- Implementation of the Hygiene RoadMap in the Plant
- Coordinating with the manufacturing department to ensure QA is carried out at all stages from testing, auditing, and reporting
- Validation of facilities, Equipment and Utilities from the point of view of Industrial Hygiene
- Training of employees on Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Presentation of results through IT tools.
**Requirements**:
- Master's degree in chemistry - industrial chemistry - engineering (path: mechanical, industrial production, chemistry)
- Previous experience in the production field or in an industrial context is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of the Italian language and good knowledge of English; French is a plus
- Complete mastery of Microsoft Office and data analyst programs
- Strong passion for the Operations world
- Involvement and motivation to work in a team
- Great communicator, flexible, innovative and ambitious
