• Analyze data in order to find areas of process improvement (Pareto, PDCA/PDSA, Core Quality tools) • Training, motivating, coaching, and correcting employees to ensure that standards are met.
• Create reports to track progress of ICA (interim corrective actions) PCA (permanent corrective actions) • Formulate strategies to increase FTT, reduce scraps, identify SC/CC, error-proof initiative • Review processes in order to ensure they comply with customer requirements, products specification • Quality Management System • Review documents prepared and submitted by suppliers and contractors (PPAPs and PROTOs) prior to Customers submission Job Position RequirementsEducation:University Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Mechanical Professional Background: • From Graduated without working experience, to 4 years of working experience • Technical proficiency, must be able to use computers and generate reports • Ability to analyze data and create and review processes (i.e.
