Job DescriptionMonitor the required standards to maintain UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 and product certifications, oversee the achievement of new certifications.Organize and carry out internal audits, be the point of reference for internal auditors, and manage reports.Be the point of reference for external auditors, coordinate external audits, interface with the certification body.Solve non-compliances within the expected time frame.Support during the annual Management review.Define Standard Operating Procedures.Carry out training on certifications and on quality topics, elaborate SOP trainings for new hires and new job assignments, update and review SOPs.Develop training programmes and undertake training in the use of QA tools.Coach the production team in QA techniques and help them cascade this approach to their teams to develop a proactive quality culture.Maintain QA documentation and manage QA new project initiatives.QualificationsEngineering/Chemical degree or equivalent Professional Qualification is preferred.Demonstration of formal training in Quality Assurance Tools.Experience of quality assurance working using and coaching QA tools and techniques.Knowledge and experience of UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 certification.Experience of working in a manufacturing environment, ideally coatings.Strong stakeholder management skills.Demonstration of: strong leadership through influencing and coaching; ability to communicate to all levels; energetic passion for creative but appropriate improvement; enthusiasm and patience to develop others; objective analytical style; a strong team work ethic.About UsHere, we believe there's not one path to success, we believe in careers that grow with you.
