Quality Assistant The resource will support the quality manager in achieving targets agreed with company management and ensure compliance with specifications agreed with customers and consistency of productions.
He/she will also ensure food safety in compliance with current regulations and promote good production practices to maintain quality standards and food safety.
Main Responsibilities: - Support the quality manager in achieving company objectives.
- Prepare, disseminate and update documentation related to the quality system and food safety.
- Verify and optimize the operation of the quality system.
- Promote staff training and continuous improvement of business processes.
- Collaborate in defining quality specifications for raw materials, packaging and finished products.
- Support in supplier qualification activities and during internal and external audits.
- Ensure proper archiving of documentation produced.
- Supervise procedures and operations from receipt of raw materials to finished product.
- Collect and record data related to quality testing and supplier evaluation.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology, Chemistry or Biology.
- Two years of experience in a similar position with structured companies in the food industry.
- Knowledge of food safety, HACCP, quality management systems and food certifications.
- Knowledge of English language, B1 level.

Offer: - Permanent contract.
- RAL to be determined according to the candidate's experience.
- Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 09:00 am to 6:00 pm with one day off midweek.
