A Sr.
Compliance Associate- Quality Analyst is responsible for protecting Amazon customers from products that are illegal, hazardous, unsafe, or otherwise prohibited/regulatory by law and Amazon policies.Key Job ResponsibilitiesYour job responsibilities as a Quality Analyst may include:Performing quality audits on a daily basis using Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and achieving self-utilization, productivity, and quality as per defined targets.Comprehending SOPs with minimal support and identifying opportunities.Identifying anomalies through audits (SOP defects, process gaps, etc.
).Using knowledge to identify defects and preliminary root causes, explaining the rationale.Proposing solutions on quality/productivity and working on milestones with managers.Expertise in research – finding specific information (e.g., products, regulations, etc.)
in a timely manner.Preparing key insight trends and sharing reports on a regular basis.Providing feedback to the associates and closing the loop on audit observations.Responding to stakeholders with guidance and flagging any updates to Lead/Manager.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSHigh school graduation certificateExperience with Microsoft Office products and applicationsExperience with ExcelProficiency in English (B2+)Proficiency in Portuguese (B1+)PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSKnowledge of consumer product compliance processes and regulationsExperience in regulatory compliance management with government agenciesExperience as a quality auditor in retail chain management/FMCG company/corporate roleExperience in designing and implementing custom reporting systems using automation toolsExperience with data analysis in a variety of quantitative fields and experience building data and decision support systemsPrevious experience in auditing and analyzing data for error trendsAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
