Bachelor's degree (BS).
- Proven experience as a Quality Lead Auditor for QMS and advanced robotics, automotive or mechatronic products, in accordance with international standards and best practices (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Proven experience using quality management tools (e.g., Siemens TeamCenter Quality, Polarion etc.) and data-management software to implement Quality Management Systems based on specifications.
- Ability to travel up to 75% to business locations and project sites.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead the development of audit schedule for MSP QMS, products, processes, procedures and tools, using a risk-based approach.
- Develop schedule, lead and manage end-to-end quality audits on MSP QMS and MSP products and processes, procedures and tools.
- Support QMS Design Manager and QMS Implementation Lead in identifying gaps and deviation from the existing processed, and develop mitigation plans and corrective actions, by ensuring their implementation within defined timelines.
- Cooperate with MSP Safety and Compliance Team to ensure consistency of QMS processes and procedures with Safety Management System.
- Ensure the adherence of product testing and validation to the QMS processes and procedures.
- Verify and ensure that MSP QMS implementation will comply with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies.
- Drive continuous improvement through recommended changes to existing processes, products and tools.
- Act as a quality excellence ambassador for the entire MSP organization, by developing guidelines and scheduling events to promote the awareness on QA processes and their relevance for the business.

- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor and/or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification.
- Experience with complex automated material handling equipment, packaging technologies, and systems including robotics, and high speed manufacturing.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members, operations, and management.
- Project management skills to plan, execute and complete tasks successfully.
- Proven experience in fulfillment systems with storage equipment, material handling systems, automated sortation system, and related automation equipment.
- Knowledge of NRTL and/or CE compliance standards and regulations, auditing and assessment processes, including the definition and execution of quality and safety related checklists for product, factory and operational process inspection (e.g., CIG 023).
- Strong analytical, testing and problem-solving skills.
