Job Description The QC Department must ensure the Quality Control of all materials, intermediates, and final products according to established specifications and GMP rules. The release of the product is done according to the mentioned rules and to support the QP release.
Specifically in QC Microbiological Lab, your main responsibilities would be:
Execution of microbiological release analyzes for raw materials and finished products Execution of stability analysis on finished products Analysis execution for in process control Performing utilities sampling (water, pure steam, compressed air) and analyses Preparation of culture media, growth promotion testing Performing microbiological environmental monitoring Cooperation during the external/internal audits Cooperation during the OOS investigations Cooperation during the deviation investigations Qualifications Bachelor's degree in biology or biotechnologies. At least 1-2 years of experience in the same role Knowledge of GMP and GLP Knowledge of the following analytical techniques:
Microbiological techniques for bioburden determination LAL test (chromogenic technique) Microbiological environmental monitoring Basic microbiological laboratory equipment (pH-meter, conductivity meter, autoclave, TOC-meter, analytical balance, biological hood) SAP (nice to have) Additional Information Fluent in Italian and English (must have) Result oriented and proactive Sense of urgency Relational skills with colleagues Full time Fixed Term Contract
