As a , you will join our QC LIMS & Digital team and play a vital role as a key user of the LIMS SQL and gLIMS (global LIMS) system.
You will provide support to QC laboratories, as well as other Quality and Manufacturing departments.Your main responsibilities will revolve around the implementation of the new Global LIMS system (Sample Manager - gLIMS) and digital projects.
Some of your specific duties will include:Mapping the sample workflow to ensure efficient processesLeading the issuance of change control records, dedicated procedures, and work instructions when necessaryLoading data into the systemTraining users on the LIMS systemContinuously improving the system to enhance its performance and functionalityDigitizing methods and other important documentsAdditionally, as the site Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SQL LIMS, you will be involved in activities such as:Managing static data related to materials, specifications, lot plans, and operationsEvaluating the impact of changes and deviations and implementing action plans accordinglyConducting system audit trail checks during batch releaseProviding SME support to usersTo be successful in this role, you should have:EducationA university degree or equivalent experience in the Pharmaceutical/Biomedical field, or an experienced high school diploma.ExperiencePrevious experience working with a LIMS system in a GMP & Compliance environment.Knowledge, Skills, AbilitiesProficiency in written and spoken EnglishBasic IT knowledge of SQL, PMX, MES, SAP databases is a plus.
