Qc Lab Technician

Overview Kemin Cavriago is looking for a QC Lab Technician.As QC Lab Technician, you'll play a central role in ensuring product excellence by assisting our QC group in a range of tasks, from sampling raw materials to conducting chemical analyses.Your responsibilities will also include operating equipment, completing Certificates of Analysis, and managing sample reception.As QC Lab Technician, you'll collaborate closely with Operations and Customer Service.We Are KeminWe are visionaries who see things differently and are inspired by the world around us.We have been dedicated to using applied science to improve the quality of life for over half a century.Committed to feed and food safety, Kemin maintains top-of-the-line manufacturing facilities where over 500 specialty ingredients are made for humans and animals in the global feed and food industries, as well as the health, nutrition, beauty and textile markets.We provide product solutions and options to customers in more than 120 countries.Responsibilities As a QC Lab Technician, the following tasks are part of your job responsibilities: Take samples of raw materials, intermediate products, and finished products Analyse samples using prescribed procedures and equipment to ensure accuracy and quality specifications are met Enter results into software and review with supervisor if necessary (.non-conforming product) Calibrate equipment and perform daily maintenance Check certificate of analysis of raw materials Ensure quality specifications are met for incoming raw materials and finished goods All duties mentioned in the system procedures and the internal regulations of the quality system Qualifications Looking for an opportunity in the lab?Do you describe yourself as analytical and precise?Do you recognize yourself in the points below?Do you have a bachelor's degree in chemistry, or do you already have experience in a laboratory?Are you able to rework and reformulate non-conforming products into a new product?Do you have excellent written and oral communication skills in Italian and good written and oral communication skills English?Good in prioritizing your workload and not stressed easily?Are you a team player?Then you may be the QC Lab Technician we are looking for!#LI-RG1
