QAU - Internship:Job Experience: QAU Specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining a quality work environment, ensuring compliance with high quality standards. The goal is to develop the Procedures necessary to ensure that quality standards are achieved at all stages of processing.
The QAU Specialist plans control activities, inspections and manages the documentation system of the various steps to verify that the processes comply with current national and international regulations.
Our Need:We are looking for a QAU Specialist to join its QAU Department with an internship. The role will report directly to the QAU Manager.
Major responsibilities:ISO Certification: collaborate proactively in updating documentation and filling in those reported in certification audits.Regulatory Compliance: stay up to date with local, national, and international quality regulations and ensure the organization's activities adhere to these standards.Quality Policies and Procedures: develop, implement, and communicate quality policies, procedures and guidelines to all employees, contractors, and relevant stakeholders.Quality Audits: conduct periodic audits of quality procedures and practices to assess the organization's overall quality performance and compliance.Promoting Quality Culture: encourage a culture of quality among employees and contractors by promoting awareness, communication, and engagement in quality initiatives.Communication: collaborate with different departments and teams to ensure that quality standards are followed in various processes and projects. Required knowledge and skills:Education and Qualifications: Fluent in oral and written English. Attitude to understand quality regulations and standards.Communication: strong communication skills are essential for conveying quality policies, procedures, and guidelines to employees, as well as for conducting investigations and preparing reports.Problem-solving: QAU Specialist needs to analyze complex situations.Attention to detail: a keen eye for detail is crucial for ensuring all quality standards are followed.Leadership: the ability to lead quality initiatives, conduct training sessions, and guide employees and contractors in following quality standards.Data analysis: skill in analyzing reports and trends to identify areas for improvement and measure the effectiveness of quality.Interpersonal skills: the ability to work well with diverse teams, departments, and contractors to promote a culture of quality.IT skills: familiarity with databases and communication tools.
