**Position**:
Per la nostra sede di Milano siamo alla ricerca di un **Purchasing Support** che risponderà al Responsabile Acquisti Italia e si interfaccerà oltre che con il team acquisti globale, anche con tutte le funzioni aziendali interne, compresa la Direzione Finanziaria.
**In particolare la risorsa si occuperà di**:
- Gestione amministrativa dei fornitori e nello specifico della gestione delle fatture passive ricevute
- Aggiornarnamento dei gestionali all'interno delle procedure dell'ufficio acquisti
- Attività di BackOffice all'interno dell'ufficio acquisti
- Collaborare con ufficio contabilità
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Laurea triennale o magistrale in Economia, Gestione Aziendale o affini
- Esperienza pregressa di 2 anni in ambito amministrativo e in particola nella gestione degli ordini/fatture
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Abilità nell'utilizzo dei sistemi informatici e buona conoscenza del Pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel)

**Other information**:
E' previsto inserimento presso la nostra sede di **Milano** con possibilità di lavoro da remoto fino all'80% del tempo.
