We are currently recruiting for a Purchasing Specialist to join our client's team in Padova.About Our Client:Our client is a leading European distributor specializing in plastics.
They distribute plastic granules from major international manufacturers across Europe, providing customized product delivery through their network of sales and warehouse facilities.Your Responsibilities: Assist PMs and SMs in stock management and control.Validate sales orders, input purchase orders into the supplier system and follow up on orders.Handle intercompany orders and transfers.Manage price lists.Verify supplier invoice prices.Create and maintain supplier records.Collaborate on claims management with PMs/technical office.Coordinate with other departments (logistics, accounting, CS) to meet both customer and supplier needs.
Requirements: Minimum 3 years experience in procurement.Professional proficiency in English (B2-C1).Fluency in additional languages such (French, German, Spanish) is a plus.Willingness to learn and a flexible mindset to adapt to diverse work situations.
