Discover the life that awaits you at Accor, visit https://careers.accor.com/Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! #BELIMITLESSJob DescriptionWhat you will be doing?As Purchasing Officer, you will be responsible for responsible for considering the interests of the Hotel first in all transactions and activities involved in the search, selection, purchase, receipt, storage and issue of goods and services at minimum cost.Skills & ExperiencePurchasing experience preferably in the Hospitality industry.Sound knowledge and understanding of stores and logistics processes, policies and systems – SAP would be an advantage.Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.Additional InformationOur Hotel - The Novotel & ibis styles Melbourne Airport isa new dual-branded, 464-room hotel opening on 1 July 2024.The Novotel Melbourne Airport with 248 rooms, and ibis Styles Melbourne Airport with 216 rooms, will be located just steps away from Terminal 4, Melbourne Airport.
