About the Role In our headquarters in Bologna, we are seeking a fresh graduate to join the purchasing area for a six-month refunded internship. The successful candidate will support the team, gain hands-on experience, and obtain a full overview of a global procurement environment.
As a Purchasing Intern, you will focus on commercial parts. Hence, the successful candidate will gain insight into how procurement processes work.
On a daily basis, the candidate will support the team in:
Maintaining relationships with suppliers for the procurement of commercial parts and scouting new potential suppliers. Monitoring the order confirmation process and ensuring compliance with agreed delivery dates. Updating spare parts commitments into purchase orders in SAP. Timely management of suppliers in terms of costs, delivery, and quality, utilizing company management systems to handle contracts. Collaborating with Spare Parts, Logistics and Warehouse, and other Coesia's Departments. What You Need to Be Successful Master's or Bachelor's degree in Management, Mechanical, Electronic Engineering, or a Diploma as a Mechanical or Electronic Technician, preferably with IFTS course. Good command of Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP. Good knowledge of the English language. Detail-oriented and organized, with a commitment to accuracy and quality. The ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and be a real team player. Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
