In order to strengthen our Legal team, we are looking to hire a **Purchasing & Connected Cars Legal Counsel.
**
The main responsibilities will be:
1.
Management of legal matter in the Purchasing and Technologies area, in particular relationship with Suppliers of goods and services;
2.
Management of legal matter in relation to Connected Car including in light of international and local laws and regulations.
3.
Drafting and reviewing different kind of supply contracts -English / Italian (e.g.
General Conditions of Purchase, Memorandum of Understanding, Letter of Intent, Supply Agreement, Development Agreement, Research Agreement, etc);
4.
Preparing legal memo and opinions for the assistance of internal clients
5.
Elaborating standard agreements
In order to succeed in this challenging role, you have achieved Master Degree in Law and gained at least 4/5 years of experience in the field.
You will have to be proficient using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint).
In Ferrari you must exhibit the capability to focus on delivery, ability to interact with business owners and senior management globally, including strong written and verbal communication skills, strong problem solving, lateral thinking and project management skills, ability to work independently combined with proactivity and under pressure.
Fluent English is required.
