**JOB DESCRIPTION**

The position of Purchasing Account, under the direction of the Purchasing Manager, is responsible for planning and organizing replenishment of
raw and packaging materials according to the MRP coming from the production planning.
The position is also responsible for assuring the right
stock level considering the warehouse capacity and the RM shelf lives.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & SCOPE**
- Create the raw and packaging materials POs coming from the weekly MRP analysis.
- Manage a good daily relationship with all the suppliers.
- Work in strictly connection with the Purchasing manager in order to link the POs to the active raw and packaging materials contracts.
In case
of multiple sourcing, he/she balances the purchases among the different suppliers, in order to guarantee the quality requirement and the
best flexibility to the production.
- Manage all the Customs and Healthy Authority documents necessary to import products from abroad or dairy derivate.
- Manage the labels purchases for all the finished goods produced by the Company for B2C business.
- Lead the raw and packaging materials returns in collaboration with QA and Purchasing manager.
- Manage the raw and packaging materials transports to D'Orsogna plant, in case of FCA agreement on deliveries.
Scope:
The position is based in San Vito Chietino, Italy and is directly responsible for the direct purchases of the site, under the supervision of the
Purchasing Manager.
**EDUCATION, LANGUAGE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Master's Degree in Science/Engineering/Economics or similar
- 1-3 years of experience in Supply Chain/Purchasing
- Ability to plan, prioritize and meet deadlines
- Good knowledge of working tools (MS Office, Navision, SAP...)
- Intermediate Business English
- Excellent analytical skills
- Team player
- Problem solver
