PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Purchaser Intern will insert, update, and maintain accurate data on company systems. He/she works closely with the colleagues of the Purchasing Team.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:SAMPLES: Contact Vendors to give instructions on how to manage POs issued (grid + instructions). PO follow-up: ensure SMS are delivered on time and in the right quantity. Ensure that vendors provide shipping documentation to the Logistic Dept.Shipping: Approval + commercial Invoice approval.BULK PRODUCTION: Purchase Orders issuing and updating (factory & main lines). Follow up: production delivery in order to achieve the delivery on time. Booking + shipping + commercial Invoice approval. FOB cost plant updating based on Sourcing confirmation. Ensure that vendors provide shipping documentation to the Logistic Dept.GENERAL ACTIVITIES:Data system maintenance and updating.
