The resource will take care of the following tasks in coordination with other company functions:
- Management of company procurement, ensuring the quality and timeliness of supplies for the e-commerce site,
- Control and management of warehouse stocks to ensure the availability of the products offered on the site,
- Negotiation with suppliers to obtain the best purchasing conditions and ensure maximum convenience for the company,
- Monitoring market trends and product performance to guide strategic purchasing decisions,
- Management of purchasing documentation, including contracts, orders and invoices,
- Update of product purchase/sale price lists files.
Requirements:
- Fluent knowledge of the English language (level B2/C1),
- Excellent command of Excel, including formulas and pivot tables,
- Degree in economic or commercial disciplines,
- Previous experience in the role,
- Precision, organizational ability, commitment, flexibility.
