POSITION
Bulgari S.p.A., within its **Leather Goods & Accessories Business Unit** based in **Florence**, is looking for a **Puchaser**.
**ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Support market scouting in order to identify and optimize purchasing solutions in terms of supplier and material network in line with standards and objectives, according to the requests coming from Product Development
- Negotiate commercial conditions with suppliers (costs, delivery dates, quality);
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the supply network, using the supplier evaluation system (based on quality standards, service level, costs and technical aspects), analyzing the results, providing feedback to the manager and proposing actions accordingly
- Generate purchase orders in the relevant system, respecting established inventory guidelines, ensuring relevant follow-up and ensuring timely deliveries;
- Evaluate the materials received and verify their compliance with the purchase order issued, in order to authorize the payment process;
- Participate in projects aimed at improving the purchasing process;
- Support the manager in defining the three-year plan and the annual budget of the department.
PROFILE
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Knowledge of purchasing processes and contract management
- Knowledge of production, logistics and sales processes
- Knowledge of all guidelines, procedures and regulations from international institutions/agreements (e.g.
CoC, Cites)
- Budget management
- Good knowledge of ERP/SAP and Excel
