As a Purchase Order Specialist at Kramp, you will be a part of an international team with 14 other Purchase Order Specialists. Location: Reggio nell'Emilia.
Your primary tasks will be: Managing and overseeing the end-to-end purchase order processes within Kramp, from placing, confirming, and monitoring the status of purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods.Communicate and network with internal and external stakeholders, being in close contact with sales and logistics across countries.Play a critical role in ensuring that the purchase management process operates smoothly, efficiently, and is in compliance with organizational standards.You have attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to navigate supplier relationships, ensuring their contribution to the overall success of the supply chain function.About you: You have a minimum of 1 year of experience in similar positions or tasks.You have advanced experience in Excel.You build relationships easily and communicate fluently in written and spoken Italian and English.You should be curious and ambitious to pursue a career in an international company.What can we offer you?
