The person holding this position will report to the Public Tender Manager.Core Responsibilities:Support the business function regarding tenders and other procurement procedures of Public administrations.Manage all phases of the procurement procedure for Public Tenders (Regional and Local).Handle offers requests received via online platforms (i.e.
MEPA - National Electronic Market of the Public Administration).Conduct direct negotiations received via online platforms.Act as a backup for the Public Tender Manager for the management of Public Tenders.Adhere to Norgine compliance policies and applicable compliance laws.Daily checking of new tenders or other procurement procedures.Preparation of administrative, technical and economic documentation to offer.Data update on the platform of e-procurement.Compilation and update of tender files.Technical Skills and Experience:Knowledge of the laws and rules of Public Tenders and procurement procedures management; high precision in filling the official documents Norgine is going to sign for each tender.
Experience in a commercial environment is necessary.
Proficiency in both Italian and English is mandatory.Personal Skills: Team-working, communication, and listening are key to this job.Competencies:Communication: Asks relevant questions to clarify understanding and determine appropriate action to be taken.Change: Considers implications of change on immediate and peripheral areas and displays adaptability and flexibility in accepting change.Leadership: Acts in a way to avoid any damage to Norgine's reputation and employer brand.People Relationship Management: Develops positive working relationships with colleagues within area of responsibility and across associated functional areas.Our benefits may vary per location.
