Offer Description: The scientific disciplinary sector includes the scientific and teaching activity that builds the epistemological, theoretical, methodological and historical foundations of sociology. It includes the development of quantitative and qualitative methodologies for the collection, processing of information and the construction of data; the design and implementation of surveys, longitudinal panels, network analysis, ethnographic, biographical and case studies, and experiments for the co-production of observations in the study contexts; the development of models and techniques for the simulation, explanation, forecasting and monitoring of social phenomena; and the construction of scenarios and strategies for the evaluation of interventions.
