RINA is currently recruiting for a Public Funding Consultant to join its office in Bari within the Cyber Security and Management Consulting Division.
MissionRINA is currently recruiting a Junior Consultant to join its office in Bari within the Compliance & Projects Reporting Consulting Unit. His/Her role will be to support SMEs/big Companies which are beneficiaries of public funding in the financial management and checking of the planned interventions.
Job ResponsibilitiesDeveloping reports and dashboards to communicate key metrics and improvementsAnalysis, Design and Implementation of large databases, also with the use of tools for their cross-checkingUsing data analytics to gather insights into project's operations and performance, with regard to the approved budget and the provision of expenditureSupport in checking the compliance of expenses and documents with National legal provisions and eligibility criteria of specific funding ProgrammesPreparation and presentation of periodic progress reports with description of activities carried out, critical issues and to-do listsSystematization and updating of the project's paper and digital folderProfessional experience with MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and using advanced formulas)Excellent analytical skillsAbility to present financial data using detailed reports and chartsStrategic thinking skillsAvailability to join in frequent meetings/periodic checkpoints at the client's and/or project representatives' premises, based on their needs/requestsGood Knowledge of spoken and written English languageAt least 2-years professional experience in a similar roleKnowledge of EU/National public funds, their regulations and functioning is a plusEducationMaster's Degree in Economics or Business Administration Finance Management
