Wood is recruiting for a Proposals Lead to join its Technology & Product (T&P) Group in Milano (Italy), the Centre of Expertise (COE) for several Wood's technologies offering are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic individual to lead the Technical Proposals function across their service offering. The position will be based in Corsico (Milan) office, with the possibility to work from home up to two days per week.

The Role The Proposals Lead will work closely with Business Development, Technical Leads and Executive Management of Technology & Product (T&P) on a diverse portfolio of tenders within world-wide energy market segments.? As such, the role provides an opportunity for an experienced proposal professional to gain significant exposure to Wood's tender governance process and an expanded understanding of the overall business context that will provide significant benefit to their future career.
The Proposals Lead will be accountable for the service line within the business with special focus on the Proprietary Technology offering. This is a business-critical role with high visibility and great opportunity to drive personal growth and expansion for the T&P group.?
