Proposal & Project Coordinator

Job Responsibilities To draw up technical-commercial proposals Job Planning and management (initial planning, schedule preparation and sharing with team and customer, progress monitoring and reporting) To distribute jobs to the technicians and the subcontractors, to support and monitor the activities carried out Execution of technical tasks Periodical meetings with Customer (reporting, MOM preparation, follow up of action list, Handle clients queries on daily basis Experience and Requirements
At least 3+ yearsof experience in the Energy sector, interest in shifting from technical roles to project management roles Understanding of the technical issues of Energy and Petrochemical world Experience in energy transition technologies (CCU, hydrogen, etc.)
will be taken into account Fluency in English Language (knowledge of other languages would be a plus) Ability to write well structured, concise and well-reasoned reports, proposals and documents Willingness to travel in Italy and abroad #LI-MT3
