Proposal Manager / Tender Specialist: We are looking for a Proposal Manager / Tender Specialist who will be responsible for following up tenders related to the design of civil works and transport infrastructures.

Qualifications: Master's Degree in Engineering (Civil) or Architecture.Fluent in English (at least B2 level); second language knowledge will be appreciated.Ability to establish contacts with a wide range of partners. Quality: Planning & prioritization skills.Excellent attention to detail.Prone to teamwork.Willing to improve professional skills.Responsible, organized, and dedicated.Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
