Proposal ManagerThe successful candidate will be part of a multidisciplinary multi-cultural sales and proposal team.
He will be responsible for developing cost-effective technical solutions and/or leading the technical team to respond to international tenders in the business of telecom and security solutions in the markets of energy, critical infrastructure, and defense.DescriptionAnalysis of the tender documentation taking note of critical itemsHigh-level system designSystem optimizationReading commercial and technical documents of bid specifications taking note of critical itemsIdentify winning solutionsInterface with vendors and subcontractorsPreparing cost estimates based on the results of detailed technical and commercial evaluations of the solutionsSubmission of the proposal as per due date and in compliance with the tender requirementsTravel to meet clients or vendorsProfileThe successful candidate shall have preferably previous experience in one of the following disciplines:Security systems (CCTV, ACS, IDS, etc.
)Master's degree in Telecommunication/Electronic Engineering (Laurea specialistica) or equivalent (mandatory)Relevant certifications (preferred skill)More than 4 years in a similar environmentFluent written and spoken English is mandatoryThe successful candidate will be required to participate in meetings with customers, consultants, manufacturers, and other technical personnel and shall therefore have good relational skills.The successful candidate shall have the capacity to work under pressure and respect tight deadlines.
