In this frame, the company is seeking a dynamic Proposal Manager to join its Proposal team, part of the Commercial Division, and work with a passionate, detail-oriented, and international team. Main duties and Responsibilities: Works in coordination with Area Sales Managers to assure proposals prepared are in line with customer's expectations and needs. Reviews customer's requests and analyzes the ITBs received. Organizes and holds the internal bid kick-off meeting with all involved departments. Coordinates the team during the technical proposals preparation to assure clients' requirements are met. Calculates the project costs and defines the budget for pricing calculations, with the support of the estimating section. Prepares the preliminary project cash flow in coordination with the estimating section. Prepares commercial proposals and all required bidding documents in line with customer's requests and company standards. Drafts the contracts and/or analyzes the contracts received from customers with the support of the legal department. Prepares the internal documentation necessary for the handover of the project to the project management for the execution phase. Education Master's degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, or industrial engineering). Languages Fluent English skills. Sales attitude and customer focus paired with project management skills. Very good communication skills, positive, self-confident, intercultural experience, and willingness to travel is necessary to cover the position. Experience 5-10 years of professional experience in an engineering company active in the petrochemical/oil & gas sector is required, of which 2-3 years experience in proposal/sales department. Experience in the preparation of proposals and contracts for engineering, equipment, and/or complete plants in the petrochemical industry. Understanding of petrochemical technologies and market (Nitrogen based fertilizers, melamine, and methanol related technologies and market preferred).
