SOW alignment Costs Qualifications Benchmarking with other tenders/projects and in-house solutions Improve knowledge of known Survey Companies and assistance in scouting for new subcontractors. Engineering
Data analysis Route engineering Assessment on suitable burial tools BAS
Burial tools speed evaluation based on track records and/or numerical analysis Preparation and updates of future survey activities planning showing time, clashes, workload, etc. Preparation of details survey specs for purchasing use up to the award of the subcontract Managing and development of engineering software: AutoCad, GIS Online, Makai, WOW software, etc. If needed and agreed by the inline manager, engineering in execution phase (route engineering, data analysis, BAS, etc.) BASIC REQUIREMENTS Degree in Engineering or other relevant technical disciplines. Fluent in English, written and spoken. Curious and eager to quickly learn and get involved to improve autonomy. Precise, proactive, problem-solving and target oriented. Capacity to understand and conceptualize complexity into concise frameworks. Pragmatic, flexible, capable to set, handle, and adapt to the priorities. Flexibility and capability to manage changes during the work. Good relationship approach and team working capability. Knowledge of GIS systems. Knowledge and familiarity with all basic and common software like Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, AutoCAD, and in the use of the Web. Availability for short but possibly frequent trips, domestic and abroad. POSSIBLE ADDED-VALUE REQUIREMENTS Experience in same or similar role and area.
