YOUR DAILY JOB The Proposal Engineer has strong technical background and is able to work either in conventional sales towards Engineering and Contracting Companies (minimizing plant cost while meeting project minimum requirements), either in consultative sales (understanding and satisfying client requirements).
Reviewing Client's technical documentation and requirements Controlling the subcontracted discipline engineering documents Defining engineering requirements Preparing the technical documentation for Package Accessories, In-line Components, Bulk Materials and Engineering Manufacturing Services requisitions Performing technical evaluations of supplier's offers Providing technical support to Project Team Optimizing Packaged systems ensuring minimal cost and simplification in compliance with the required performance Preparing all the Discipline related deliverables (i.e.
D/S, Lists, Procedures, etc.)
Implementing detailed engineering activities.
YOUR PROFILE University Master Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental or Energy Engineering 7+ years of experience in industrial plants sector with technical or sales role Ability to read and analyze technical specifications and drawings Experience with Engineering and Contracting Companies Knowledge of process design of industrial water treatment plants is a plus Experience in technical and commercial meetings with Clients in international contexts Experience in cost estimation and commercial negotiation of complex industrial contracts is an asset Fluent English and Italian Excellent communications skills Goal-oriented with strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution Available for business travel abroad YOUR FUTURE AT UNIDRO Dynamic Work Environment Potential career path Global mobility opportunities Training and development Diverse and international team
