**MISSION**
Supports the Real Estate & Facility Manager to manage the company's facilities, supporting the maintenance activities, KPIs definition and monitoring, budgeting and cost evaluation.
**KEY RESPONSABILITIES**
- Manage the maintenance activities, analyzing and monitoring the state of plants and buildings
- Manage the ordinary maintenances, contracted services and related documentation in accordance with budget
- Define and implement long term strategies about buildings management and their maintenance
- Manage Audit activities in order to monitor maintenance effectiveness
- Perform risks evaluation in collaboration with business functions, such as Human Capital, Manufacturing and RSPP
- Identify potential investments in order to guarantee facilities and buildings security
- Support Project Manager to manage specific project, defining budget to guarantee overall project targets (Schedule, Profitability, Quality).
Identify and implement corrective action, if any, to guarantee time and cost delivery
- Monitor costs related with ordinary and extraordinary maintenances in accordance with budget
- Review vendor invoices for accuracy and ensures that they are in line with purchase order and budget
- Provide supports to monitor contractors' performance ensuring that Service Level Agreements are met, and Key Performance Indicators are exceeded in line with agreed Real Estate practices and contractual requirements
**REQUIRED SKILLS**
- Past experience in similar role (3-5 years)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organization and planning skills
- Deep knowledge of Building management and Facility and Maintenance operations
- Ability to perform tasks with a high degree of accuracy
- Good English Knowledge is preferred
