Role purpose: The Property & Facilities Manager Vodafone Servizi & Tecnologie is accountable for planning, implementing and developing the corporate Real Estate activities at national and field level in Vodafone Servizi & Tecnologie to support the strategic business objectives and guarantee the best experience to VST employees as well to support Group Property activities in Europe.
It is also responsible of performing all the property and facilities activities in accordance to Group standards and within limits provided by Vodafone Group Delegation of Authorities.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership: Develop, define, and manage Vodafone Servizi e Tecnologie property strategy, guaranteeing the availability and efficiency of corporate buildings and related facilities in accordance with business needs and in line with Vodafone strategies and policies.
Define technical and logistic requirements for the acquisition of new corporate buildings and related facilities, in collaboration with Health, Safety & Environment and Supply Chain Management.
Manage authorization processes for civil refitting and support Health Safety & Environment in construction sites auditing, remediation management and contractors' control.
Manage maintenance and restructuring activities ensuring resilient buildings environment, providing coordination and consistent processes and procedures to local Facilities units; ensure environmental and energy management in compliance with the guidelines and local law; Provide provision of management services for all major and minor building works as well as refurbishment projects including the engineering services providing a broad range of support services.
Guarantee lease provisions and effective rent leasing.
Assure landlords' management and control.
Contribute to strategical and day to day activities of Group Property portfolio in Europe working alongside with different members of Group Property team in technical and people buildings.
For Data Center areas, supervises the correct execution of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, collaborates in the drafting of the Budget with Group Property and supervises the execution of the implementations that VST performs in the equipment rooms.
Manage provisioning of couriers and postage services.
Provision of logistic services such as internal office relocations which could include sporadic single office relocations.
Provision of food and beverage machines.
The service will include the periodic supply of foods and beverages.
Accountable for maintenance, cleaning and HVAC services.
Mobility Management: responsible for determining and writing "employee's home-work movements plan".
Operational management of "ad personam" cars assigned to VST employees and car pooling system including the monitoring (black box) devices.
Monitoring and reporting on office attendance and space occupancy in line with Vodafone Group hybrid working policy.
Key performance indicators: Service management programme defined and implemented.
Internal and third-party reports are prepared on time.
Portfolio under your scope running within budget and quality.
Core competencies, knowledge and experience: A proven track record and experience in contract management: Preference would be for experience in multiple site property management.
Ability to manage complex contractual matters and bringing them to a successful conclusion.
Successful at delivering in large matrix organisations.
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Must have technical / professional qualifications: Strong expertise through senior roles within the function with an E2E visibility on all Property & Facilities processes.
+10 years of experience within the Property&Facilities function and from 5 in a senior role.
Strong Leadership skills and ability to manage the complexity of multiple senior, multi-functional international interfaces, internal and external stakeholders management.
