MW Partners is currently seeking a Project Analyst to work for our client who is a global leader in multimedia and creativity software products.
Responsibilities and duties: Updating multiple sources with dates on when work is expected or received clear constraints and obtain required documents such as permits (city/county) Clearances from outside agencies work with Regions and Districts to release work to them.
Supporting Project Manager with data entry and routine tasks Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
35 years of experience.
Knowledge of Excel Word and Outlook.
Experience in tracking projects.
Administrative experience.
Knowledge of Primavera 6 is a good but not a must have good in excel and being able to prioritize work.
Excellent communication adaptable to change/problem solving.
