Joining us means joining a truly global community of more than 70000 people dedicated to solving real-world mobility challenges and achieving international projects with sustainable local impact.Purpose of the JobPlan and manage all Test Commissioning activities for the project in support to the Project Manager ensuring application of the project's strategy (including QCD commitment) and compliance with ADM strategy, policies, standards, local regulations and professional standards.ResponsibilitiesThe PrCOM is for a project the Work package TC owner, responsible of the QCD commitment of the work Package TC:Deploys TC process on the field and makes sure it is applied by the TC team within the project.Pro-actively manages internal interfaces with project engineering, installation and external technical interfaces with Partners, Third Parties and Customers for TC activities.Delivers TC procedures, Method Statements and coordinates In-house trainings.Prepares and manages Test Commissioning works on field – Material and tools, documentation, people, access, logistic, …Manages the TC team:Ensures EHS on field with guidance and support from the Project team member in charge of Project EHS coordination.Trains and supports people in the TC activities.Participates to Subsystem Leader, Engineer and Technician assessment of competency.Manages the tools and organizes accurate calibration.Anticipates issues and reports / alerts on a regular basis – weekly – to the RC TCM and to the PM on progress, issues and risks on the project (EHS, TC work, System delivery, …).Monitors/manages QCD performance delivery (including EHS and RSA – Railway safety -) of the work package TC as per customer and solution/system requirements.Issues the REX on TC activities, and proposes update/improvement of the TC way of working/process/tools and the TC Reference Library, to optimize TC performance.An agile, inclusive and responsible culture is the foundation of our company where diverse people are offered excellent opportunities to grow, learn and advance in their careers.
