Description Hitachi Rail is looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated Project Support who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate is comfortable performing a wide range of tasks from administrative to strategic. Accountabilities Ensure specific activities and tasks on the railways signalling projects (ACCM IXL; ERTMS, SCCM, SCMT ect), at support of Project Manager:
Accounting management (Progress Payment Certificate) for the Project; Preparation of Project Progress Payment Certificates (SAL) of the Project; Preparation of Variation Orders for the Projects and "Differential appraisals"; Preparation/monitoring and updating of Claims (Riserve) in "Accounting Records"; Preparation of documentation for the authorization to work for the Subcontractors (antimafia and subcontracting authorizations); Controlling of Project Progress Payment Certificates of Subcontractors; Contribute to the maintenance of the Project Management Plan; Ensure analysis and records of Project documents and Contract administrations (providing analysis, keeping records, etc.); Support the Project Manager for specific task. Required Skills/Knowledge From 2 up to 5 years expertise in the role; Previous experience in the role could be a plus; Project Monitoring; Accounting management for project; Project scope and time Management; Project Quality; Knowledge of Public Works Contract Code (preferred) Education/Qualification Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Technical Background.
