Your Key ResponsibilitiesProject quality assurance of development project with target to meet customer satisfaction and to ensure safe launch which includes:Technical Compliance Management, Structured Problem Solving, Lessons Learned, ASPICE, Reporting of the QA performanceCustomer interface to relevant project quality topicsCheck and manage technical compliance towards the relevant accountable ownerStrive for frontloading pushing to ensure the product and process Quality in Project and in Launch PhaseCoaching and Steering the project team on process adherence and quality methods and activitiesProviding methodology support for resolution of Non-conformancesYour QualificationsBachelor degree or above, major in EngineeringMore than 5 years' experience in automotive project/plant quality management (knowledge in electronic and mechanic components)Work experience in EV motor quality control is highly preferredGood communication and problem-solving skills, teamwork spirit, and logical & structured thinkingGood command of EnglishAs a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
