We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development and production of cutting-edge multi-core electrolyser systems. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our electrolyser systems by implementing and managing robust quality control processes throughout the product lifecycle.

What role will you play in building a green hydrogen future? Develop and implement comprehensive quality control procedures for multi-core electrolyser systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.Conduct inspections and audits to verify that components, assemblies, and final products meet specified quality standards.Collaborate with suppliers to establish and maintain quality standards for incoming materials and components.Generate regular reports on quality metrics and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.Investigate and analyze non-conformities and product failures to identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.Develop and execute test plans for the validation of electrolyser system components and overall system performance, including FAT and SAT.Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to ensure that design changes meet quality requirements and follow standard processes.Ensure that the electrolyser system design and production processes comply with applicable quality and safety standards.Support the Quality Manager in analyzing data and monitoring KPI related to the quality of product to ensure customer satisfaction.Work with other cross-functional teams to facilitate problem-solving techniques and ensure that the root cause of the event has been clearly defined.Support the customer projects team in achieving project objectives. What do you need to help make our goals a reality? First things first: Enthusiasm for the part green hydrogen will play in tomorrow's world and Enapter's role in it.Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent field; master's degree is a plus.At least 5 years of experience in the package/skid design and manufacturing field. Oil & Gas or Power Plant specific experience is a plus.Good knowledge and proven experience of the ISO 9001 and/or ISO 29001 or other Quality Management Systems.Excellent knowledge of Office Suite.Risk-based approach and strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct root cause analysis.Keen to actively participate in creating added value to the processes in which one is working.Willing to cooperate with different departments, target-oriented, and detail-oriented.Fluent in both written and spoken Italian and English. German language knowledge is a plus.Good documentation and organization skills.
