ACCIONA Energía is governed by the most demanding environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) criteria.Job DescriptionWorking within a dedicated team of Quality professionals within the ACCIONA Energia project team, the Project Quality Coordinator is responsible for supporting the implementation and delivery of the project quality control procedures and plan, ensuring that all components of the MacIntyre Wind Farm construction project achieve the necessary quality requirements and outcomes. The position is based at the site which is located near Karara in South East Queensland, working on a 10:4 roster. The role is a fixed-term contract until July 2024.Responsibilities include:Participate in implementation of the project quality plan throughout execution,Support and monitor the quality activities of the project team to obtain technical confirmation for project supply and construction quality conformance,Perform technical inspections as directed and assist with the development and application of project checklists,Support quality control and quality outcomes across all facets of the project,Prepare and maintain appropriately structured project quality documentation registers,Oversee compliance with contractor, subcontractor and supplier quality programs and review their quality documentation,Support risk management processes specific to quality outcomes,Liaise as required with Central Quality team in Spain, the Local Quality team in Melbourne and the Project Quality team on site,Support the project non-conformance process and defect management,Ensure final verification of materials and workmanship is obtained,Assist with the Project Quality Manager with the reporting as required.Required Skills and CompetenciesRelevant experience as a Quality professional working on large-scale construction projectsDegree or related tertiary qualification or relevant industry experience in a related fieldEffective technical report preparation and presentation skillsDemonstrated capacity to work both autonomously and within the team environment; use initiative; solve problems through analytical thinking.Highly developed interpersonal skills to ensure outcomes are achieved as harmoniously as possible.Possession of a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.Flexibility to travel as required.Adequate fitness to access and inspect wind turbine generators.As a company that values diversity as a source of talent, we work to foster an inclusive environment that promotes respect, belonging and engagement so that all people can participate on an equal opportunity basis.
